This policy applies to Eastside Exterminators’s website. It explains what information we collect when you browse the site or send us a service request, and how that information is handled.
When you submit the service request form, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number and/or email address, your preferred contact method, the city and ZIP code of the property, the pest you have described, your urgency and scheduling preferences, any message you write, and any photographs you choose to attach.
We ask for a phone number or an email address because we cannot respond to a service request without one. Everything else on the form is optional, and the form works without it.
Our servers record standard technical information when the site is requested, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use this to keep the site working and to limit abuse of the contact form.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your motion preference, if you set one using the “Reduce motion” control, is stored in your own browser and is never sent to us.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Photographs attached to a service request are used to help identify the pest and prepare for the visit. We will not publish a photograph you send us, or use it in marketing, without asking you first.
Service records are retained for as long as needed to service the account and to meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for a shorter period. Specific retention periods must be confirmed before publication.
